Microsoft hosted the 1st Education Summit in Kenya and Uganda this February. With the help of the Vice Chancellors Board in Uganda, the event brought together over 60 Business Development Manager’s (BDM’s) from different Universities across Uganda, the forum was the beginning of digital transformation in higher education in Uganda. The Kenya Higher Education then brought together over 125 BDM’s from various academic institutions across the country to address and unpack how best they digitally transform their institutions in the face of increasing global competition and financial constraints.
SIS Global were proud to be one of five Global Microsoft Education Partners invited to exhibit at this event. It was the perfect opportunity to demonstrate our commitment to the Higher Education sector and to share our portfolio of integrated solutions designed to optimise the entire student lifecycle from admissions to graduation, and demonstrate our understanding and expertise of business transformation within the higher education sector, locally and internationally.
