The SIS Global Support Services Department provides our customers with a centrally managed helpdesk facility during working hours. Our clients also have the ability to log calls via our website, after which you will be contacted directly by one of our Support Services Consultants who will provide you with an incident number and manage your enquiry until it has been successfully resolved.
