Position Overview

SIS Global is seeking an Education Lead Consultant to drive our tailored technology solutions within the Education sector. This role of Education Lead Consultant emphasizes the importance of demonstrating tailored solutions to potential clients during pre-sales stages, driving forward innovation and efficiency in educational technology within the higher education sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document technology requirements tailored to higher education institutions.
  • Conduct comprehensive gap analysis to identify existing system limitations and propose effective solutions.
  • Develop detailed functional specifications aligned with the unique needs of higher education.
  • Maintain meticulous project documentation, including test plans and user manuals.
  • Execute rigorous testing protocols to ensure technology solutions meet business requirements.
  • Deliver specialized training sessions and ongoing support to end users in the higher education community.
  • Present solutions expertise to potential clients during pre-sales stages, showcasing customized solutions.
  • Assist in preparing tender submissions and proposals, leveraging in-depth knowledge of the needs of education institutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields such as Education Administration or Information Technology.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in roles closely aligned with Education technology consulting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE preferred, with strong understanding of related systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of Education operations, processes, and systems.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
