Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Receive, categorize, and distribute incoming leads to the appropriate sales representatives for follow-up, ensuring a prompt and organized response.
- CRM Management: Utilise our Microsoft Dynamics CRM system to accurately input, update, and maintain lead information, sales activities, and customer interactions. Set-up and configure new customer accounts in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with customer accounts. Provide training and support to the sales team on using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Sales Coordination: Assist in scheduling appointments, demos, and meetings for the sales team, and ensure that all logistical details are well-managed.
- Documentation: Prepare and organise sales documents, proposals, contracts, and presentations, supporting the sales team in delivering polished materials to clients.
- Follow-Up: Engage in post-meeting follow-up tasks, such as sending additional information, addressing client queries, and ensuring effective communication.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential leads and gather market insights, contributing to the formulation of informed sales strategies.
- Reporting: Generate and analyse sales reports, track performance metrics, and present findings to support data-driven decision-making. Create and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics to monitor sales performance.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between the sales team and internal departments, facilitating smooth information flow and coordination.
- Database Maintenance: Regularly update and cleanse the CRM database to uphold accurate contact information and lead status records.
- Sales Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and assisting in administrative tasks. Work with sales team to develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ yearsprior experience in sales support, lead management, or related administrative roles is advantageous.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational abilities to manage leads, prioritise tasks, and uphold deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external clients.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail when recording lead data, managing documentation, and following up on tasks.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and software (particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM), with an aptitude for quickly adapting to new tools.
- Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work harmoniously in a team-oriented setting and contribute positively to team dynamics.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying challenges and finding practical solutions to enhance sales efficiency.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and an openness to learning new software.
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous.
