Our global company is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team at the South African office. The Scrum Master will oversee the Agile implementation of Microsoft ERP, CRM, and ISV solutions. This role involves guiding project teams through Scrum processes and ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, experience with ERP and CRM systems, and excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Assess the current backlog of work and provide a plan of how the Scrum framework should be implemented for Product development.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Ensure projects adhere to Agile principles and practices, promoting continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communication and issue escalation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and product owners.
- Provide status reports to the PMO and other key stakeholders, highlighting project health and budget compliance.
- Foster a positive and productive team environment, addressing team dynamics and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Promote compliance with company quality standards and Agile best practices.
- Manage project teams to ensure accountability, teamwork, and effective collaboration.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Agile methodologies, preferably with a focus on Scrum.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Experience in consulting and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated ability to work within budgetary constraints and deliver projects on time.
