The incumbent will provide the following primary services:
- Bid Content Creation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, solution architects, subject matter experts, and technical teams to gather the necessary information to create accurate and persuasive bid responses.
- Content Tailoring: Customise pre-existing content templates to align with the specific needs and requirements of each bid, ensuring that responses are relevant, concise, and directly address client pain points.
- Technical Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of our ERP / CRM offerings, solutions, and capabilities to accurately convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner for non-technical audiences.
- Proposal Strategy: Work with the bid team to strategize and plan the overall approach for each bid response, identifying key value propositions and differentiators that resonate with potential clients.
- Quality Assurance: Review and edit bid responses for grammar, style, clarity, consistency, and compliance with established guidelines before submission.
- Deadline Management: Effectively manage multiple bid responses concurrently, ensuring that all deadlines are met and high-quality submissions are delivered on time.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain a repository of reusable content, case studies, success stories, and references that can be leveraged across bid responses.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive offerings, and best practices in ERP / CRM solutions to enhance the quality and competitiveness of bid responses

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in bid writing, proposal development, or technical writing, with a proven track record of crafting successful bid responses in the ERP and/or CRM domains.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of ERP and CRM concepts, technologies, and their business benefits. Experience in writing about cloud-based solutions and digital transformation is a plus. Solid knowledge of specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM solutions will be an advantage.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborative Nature: Comfortable working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with subject matter experts, sales professionals, and technical teams to gather information and insights for bid responses.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, coherence, and compliance with bid requirements.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements while maintaining a high standard of work.
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with proposal management tools or content management systems is desirable.
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
