SIS Global, the exclusive authorized Dugga Assessment partner for Africa, has successfully delivered a multi-phase, large-scale rollout of the Dugga Digital Assessment platform at The Independent Institute of Education (IIE), a division of ADvTECH. This implementation places IIE at the forefront of secure, scalable, and high-quality digital assessments—transforming exam delivery across South Africa’s largest private higher education institution.

The IIE operates across 23 sites and offers more than 130 registered and accredited higher education programmes, from Higher Certificate to Doctorate level. • Phase 3 – Full Rollout (2025): Dugga Assessment is now being deployed across all distance learning offerings accessible by IIE Tertiary Brands.
